Your TRAX product can be custom ordered to load with Garmin MapSource. Delivering maps via preloaded memory card is the most convenient option. However for those with MapSource, this version may be a better fit for you.
- Allows for a TRAX map to be loaded on Garmin GPS units supporting mapping whether they have a memory card slot or not.
- Allows for a TRAX map and owned MapSource maps to be loaded to GPS together.
- Best of both worlds solution so you are not switching memory cards.
- A MapSource product must be installed prior to installing a TRAX.
- A memory card is not provided with the MapSource version.
Memory Required on GPS if using MapSource to send maps directly to GPS:
TRAX - 64MB is required for all states except Montana which requires 140MB
