The colors chosen for Kirsch’s Outdoor Products TRAX maps continue to change and improve. Changes have been made to create a consistent user experience which combines many colors from standard map sets such as BLM, Forest Service, and other map sources. In addition to using many standard colors, TRAX maps contain more elements than any one traditional map, so additional colors are included. GPS units differ on the colors they support, so the colors shown do vary from brand to brand and even unit to unit. Many colors have been chosen to enhance the ability to read the GPS map even under the most difficult lighting conditions. Legend Keys:
