What depth of contours exist on your lake maps?

A few states such as ND, MT, and MN include depth contours. NDTRAX maps range from 1 foot to 5 foot contours for various lakes. Instead of universally applying 1 foot, 3 foot or 5 foot contours to all lakes, NDTRAX maps vary depending on the lakes. For deep ND lakes with steep drops, 5 foot contours are used, for moderate depth lakes in ND, 3 foot contours are used and for shallow ND lakes, 1 foot contours are used. 1 foot contours on steep structures cause contour lines to be too close together and hides the track/trail from the GPS. Most Minnesota lakes are 5 foot contours.
